    Great company, great culture, exceptional management team, exciting place to work and look forward to coming to work every day.
    The good thingsThis is a great small family business with a strong focus on work life balance. The owners of the company are very caring people and understand the need for flexibility in work hours. Great variety of work, well equipped workshop, great atmosphere to work in, friendly environment, relatively low pressure with a strong focus on quality of finished product. I can honestly say I felt very much at home working here from the first day and continue to do so.
    The challengesAs with any business or job there are challenges. Demand for the products this company produces are high and this has created high pressure to adapt and change with the rapid growth the company has experienced. Fortunately the management team realise the need to adapt and improve to meet this demand and continually work at improving which is a positive sign of things to come. For me the challenge was to adapt my skills to suit the industry and learn quickly to meet the demand also. Going from being a tradesman to becoming the New Workshop Supervisor was a challenge, and the support from everyone has been fantastic and made the transition a breeze.

    Unmotivating and glad to be out of a bad environment

    The challengesNo teamwork management don't follow up on questions asked or reply with come and see me next week answer every week . Incompetent employees will get away with consistent mistakes and poor quality workmanship due to being friends with supervisors .
