    Avoid OTR at all costs
The good thingsNothing. One of the most toxic environments I have ever worked in.
The challengesThere is no communication from management down. They randomly stopped offering perks of B1G1 coffees and gave everyone a $25 visa gift card as an end of year bonus. Whether you were a casual who worked one day a fortnight or a manager who worked non-stop. There was no other performance based incentive to do well. They say there is, but the budgets that they have set are so unrealistic that no one can achieve them. The people in the office treat you like peasants and expect you to drop everything to return their emails - even though they CLAIM that the guest is the most important thing to them. It's not. They just want money. If you work on Christmas Day, they give you a $10 bonus that can ONLY be spent on the OTR app. The walls of the office are covered in quotes that are a complete joke because the only thing that should matter is how your teams feel about going to work and I have never felt more undervalued by a company as I do now.

great team but they need more workers and less stresses and deadlines for a casual position job
The good thingsfriendly team and helpful
The challengesShort staffed, difficult to keep up with tasks and upkeep in time given, so much stress for a casual rate job
