The challenges1. Salary is below market rate. They try to attract you with a promising growth plan but it does not come true. The management acknowledges paying employees lower salary but does nothing about it.
2. New work load gets constantly piled on, even beyond the position description on contract but without reviewing capacity or resources.
3. Absolutely no training, coaching or guidance. You are on your own.
4. You don’t get your performance reviewed or appraised unless you ask manager many times.
5. Slow opportunity for growth. Great for those who enjoy following instructions and not have your opinions heard.
