The good thingsGreat team culture and a supportive working environment. The Warehouse Manager is an excellent leader—kind, respectful, approachable, and always willing to help. He treats everyone fairly and creates a positive atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work. The work is well organised, expectations are clear, and there are good opportunities to learn and develop.
The challengesLike any busy warehouse, some days can be fast-paced, especially during peak periods. However, the team works well together, and management provides good support. Overall, there are no major issues that affected my experience.
