    I think this is the best career move I have made in a long time.
    The good thingsIf you're someone who wants to work at a company where people genuinely care for each other and do the right thing, this is where you want to be. The benefits are great, 6 months paid parental leave, top health insurance paid for, salary continuance insurance, 3 levels of leadership programs plus other learning and development opportunities. Great connection with global counterparts as well.
    The challengesIt can get a bit chaotic at times but that happens at most companies anyway.
