The good thingsgreat people and management you are working with. For actual work, people are willing to help you out and guide you.
The challengesVery little progression for back office works. No work life balance. worked on average of 10 - 12 hours a day. Great for gaining experience but for back office, not a lot of opportunities and all your overtime will be considered as part of your normal routine.
