The challengesEverything very unorganised U don't get shown anything expected to just no it and be able to do on your first day what some one there been doin for a few years....no communication I wasn't introduced to nothing properly didn't even get proper training days with someone that understood they were training another worker they think that the work app is keeping everyone in touch but it's not it's just disconnecting the workers from each other there was no in person communication which is very important to have a in a work place the apps are so that the higher up can keep an eye on U and monitor your movement then accuse U of taking to long in one place when it was just the app not uploading quick enough.people were quiting because of the unorganised person sitting behind the computer in Sydney trying to run the show in numerous states I'm actually surprised they are still going here to be honest cause I've heard nothing good about the people running the show which reflects onto the company
