What’s it like working at Netregistry?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Netregistry appreciated the friendly and diverse colleagues, as well as the good incentives for high performers and the convenient office location near food options. Sales employees found the targets achievable.

However, there were some potential challenges, such as employees feeling that management was not willing to listen to their issues and only cared about their own careers. There was also a perceived disconnect between the company's stated culture and the reality of wage suppression and lack of employee support. Additionally, employees felt that the company did not truly embrace innovation, with good ideas often being shut down. There was also a lot of pressure on employees, particularly in sales roles, to constantly sell new products.

    Oversold and under-delivered.
The good thingsPoeple were interesting and friendly...and office was within walking distance to food court.
The challengesThe yawning distance between tiresome managerial-speak about 'culture' and 'family' and 'best n brightest'...and the uncomfortable awareness that these were merely by-words for 'wage suppression' and the 'low balling' of anything that may help pay the rent - ie. try paying for the rent with 'culture'. More hand-me-down Buzz Words that is good for anyone to hear. Before, deciding on NR...go online and read up on how clients are faring :)

The good thingssome good incentives ( e.g. highest performer may get a monetary gift/holiday of choice)
The challengesManagement in sales team are not willing to listen to employee issues. They only care about there own careers. No career related help given. No in-company faults are acknowledged by management. Always have to work in pressure.

Used to be great as Netregistry, then Melbourne IT came.
The good thingsGood workers to work with, mixed diversity is awesome.
The challengesManagement are hypocrites, promote innovation but great ideas are shutdown as a \"we don't want customisation\" which makes no sense. Company bound to fail the way they are going.
