The challengesEverything. The workshop itself is good if you get a good manager. Middle management will force you to sell unneeded stuff.
It’s the ppl in corporate that ruin it. Zero empathy zero loyalty zero respect. You are just a number to them. Do the minimum because that’s what will be returned to you after years of hard work. Disgusting treatment……. UnAustralian.
