The challengesOne of the most disappointing workplaces I’ve experienced. The culture feels more like a high school yard than a professional workplace, with team dynamics often seeming to revolve around popularity and who is in favour with certain team leaders.
Management is extremely unsupportive, communication is poor, and raising genuine concerns can feel completely pointless. Instead of issues being addressed professionally, employees can be left feeling ignored, dismissed and unsupported.
The leadership culture needs a serious rethink. Employees should be treated fairly and professionally regardless of who they are friends with or how popular they are. A workplace should be based on professionalism, accountability and performance , not cliques and popularity.
