What a disappointment and a disaster

The challengesThe management is disgusting they are for ever yelling at the staff. They expected you to know everything in the first day no training no lunch room we had to sit in the mail door way it was so hot. The area I worked in was a bloody mess it was an accident waiting to happen. I was so happy to leave there and move on to a decent company

The good thingsGetting paid on time.
The challengesNot being trained at all. Expected to pick it up as you go even though the program used for sales crashes the cpu and has over 40,000 different parts to memorise and their prices if you can find the right category. Expected to be responsible for everyone's work. They took our commission away.
