    Initialy was great then State manager left and it went all downhill from there.

    Forever learning new things
    The good thingsNo routine so keeps things interesting, each job is different from the last. Management is helpful and caring, training provided if required both in product specific training centres and in house training to further develop skill sets. Training organised even if it requires being sent interstate to complete it.
    The challengesAlmost always busy, sometimes have to travel around the state and sometimes interstate for projects that can run for up to a month (but that length of time is very rare), Organised accomodation on trips can sometimes be a little underwelming but hey we can't always stay at the Hilton lol.
