A dangerous, dogs breakfast.
The good thingsThe people I interacted with seemed friendly and the Dandenong South base was new and clean. They had casual employment options.
The challengesSafety is definitely not a priority, profits are.
The training for new drivers was inadequate, the truck's and trailers were old, neglected, dirty and down right dangerous. No one cares.
The operations team are flying by the seat of there pants 24/7. If your happy to switch your brain off and have no standards please apply.
