The managers is not responsible for the trouble to fix. It looks Meriton culture.
The good thingsNothing to enjoy, the workshop has no window and no tap water access. Just outside of the entrance door has lot of smelly gargage bins.
The challengesThe management don't care about the workshop improvements.

Suits Some people not to good I was an employee of the Meriton group many years ago in Broadbeach Queensland. After many years of watching seek job advertisements the company has a massive high turnover of staff. Unfortunately it's the owner's culture that makes it difficult working for the company. Its strict policies and regime like being in jail. Not that I have been In jail.
