The good thingsMost collectors are nice. Intensive / extensive training program which can be good if you get a good trainer (side note: trainers don’t get paid more so it’s hits hit & miss).
The challenges🚩I should have heeded the red flags at the interview. Toxic culture / management. No one is happy - if you want to go up a level, they force you to be a trainer (even if you don’t want to, or you lack the people skills required to do so). Pay is absolutely terrible for what they expect of you.
