    AI summary of recent reviews
Marleys Transport maintains a modern, well-maintained fleet with regular weekly maintenance schedules, and demonstrates a commitment to high safety standards across their operations.

The working environment presents certain challenges, including extended working hours that often include weekends and long shifts. There are opportunities to improve management-staff communication, particularly regarding employee feedback, and career advancement opportunities are somewhat limited due to the family-owned business structure.
