Great place to work, if you can withstand the unexpected on a daily basis, with constant chaos and the risk of loosing your job at a moments notice, despite everyone's efforts to keep all of the customers happy, all of the time.
The good thingsInitially It was an excellent place to work, great camaraderie between all employees and management. Had a great time working at MidWest Auto Group and for the Magic Group.
The challengesI have never seen a workplace go through so many people, ever. I felt sorry for the people you had formed a good working relationship with, be there one minute and then gone the next. So many good people either left or got fired, was very disturbing to think you could be next to leave unexpectedly.
