May 2022Eye-opening about how some companies may try to pressure an employee to fudge values and cut corners which formal education requires one not to do.
The good thingsI made some contacts that valued unbiased perspectives which directly affected the clients deliverables.
The challengesDirectors were micromanaging all employees irrespective of their employed managers (talked about capabilities to clients which they have no formal educational background nor could deliver).
This makes their micromanagement approach difficult to work under.
