    Incredibly grateful for the experiences and opportunities I've had here.
    The good things- The owners are incredible people and I loved my time with them. They treat their staff with respect and truly care about each and every person within the business. Example - every morning when they both come in, they greet everyone by name! - The senior leadership team are open minded and I got on really well with them. One of the best things in this company is that everyone is in it together and people are treated fairly no matter what your ranking is. - Lots of yummy food provided such as breakfast and snacks, plus ongoing social events/lunches happen each month. - Staff within Leadbolt are some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. This is a very diverse and inclusive company and they are particular with their hiring process to ensure it remains this way. - Rapidly growing company with an exciting future ahead of them!
    The challengesLocation - as it's based in Bondi Junction, it can be a long journey depending where you live. The train stop is close by though, so that's a bonus!
