Poor training and high expectations.
The good thingsContact with customers and territory managers.
The challengesThere were very unrealistic expectations. You never had time to do anything properly. You had to constantly jump from one thing to another.
The training that was provided was also very poor.
There was a negative energy in the team which I think was because of favouritism (old team vs new team).
I was so keen to do a good job but felt defeated in the end.

look elsewhere if your easily stressed as you will be consistently letdown by distributors.
The good thingsOther Territory Managers are all great and you can lean on them to get you through stressful times.
Salary is good.
The challengesMicro management is extreme, this company cares more about meetings and kpi's than retaining customers.

The challengesRecently, pushed casual Wokers faster for multi text. Not enough staff but high KPI, need doing few texts, hard physical texts in hurry. it was not safe, it was pressure. Cultural had been changed, which makes me don't like work there. No offer me full time, although I worked there 5 years.
