The good thingsI really enjoyed working alongside hard-working and dedicated colleagues on the ground. The team members were supportive of each other, which helped us get through the busy days and constant flow of calls. It was a good place to experience high-pressure operations.
The challengesThe main challenge is the high volume of daily calls and continuous requests, which can make the workload feel quite intense and overwhelming at times. It would be a great improvement if management focused on a more balanced distribution of tasks and provided more streamlined support structures for the frontline team to help manage the heavy demand.
