If you’re part of the clique, I’m sure you’ll have a great time.
Otherwise you will be excluded & used as a topic of gossip.
The challengesEverything. Cronyism. There is no development unless you’re in the in-group. Friends & family are promoted. You’re asked constantly for feedback & nothing ever improves. Incompetent leadership. Complaints are ignored. Hostile workplace. Management are straight up liars. There is zero support. An exorcism might help.
