Residential Attitudes is the worst builder I've ever worked for.
The good thingsLeaving at the end of each day with a glimmer of hope to never return.
The challengesManagerial dysfunction account for the high turnover of staff and ultimately results in poor delivery to appease clients. Appalling.

I enjoyed my time at JWH and dealt predominantly within the Plunkett brand, but also exposed to all brands within the group, they have wonderful people throughout and build a quality home.
The good thingsGood people, diverse business with varied brands and multiple work places across the state. The homes and designs are good, it is still run with a family business culture but on a large scale.
The challengesAs with all building companies recently, it is a bustling work place with lots of people and plenty of work to be done.
