With more than 40 years in the industry, Jetcrete has extensive experience in all aspects of concrete spraying.
We are capable of providing a complete service for all stages of underground shotcreting including excavation; onsite concrete and shotcrete as well as CAF manufacture; supply, delivery and application.
Jetcrete is also capable of delivering surface and underground mining construction works including earthworks, machine foundations, drainage and culverts, concrete slabs, heavy workshops and site offices.

The challengesA younger generation coming through that are very entitled and expect everything given to them without putting in any effort, they expect top $ after being in the role a couple of months.

The good thingsNew to U/G Mining at the start, was made very welcome from other workers through to Area Manager. A great bunch of guys to work with. Opportunity to progress through various roles also available, if you are willing to put in the hard yards, then rewarded for efforts. I have never had an issue with Management, Site based or Head Office based. Myself, personally, enjoy coming to work every day
The challengesAs in any company, a very minute few made life challenging, but you don't have to 'like' someone to work with them. Good days most certainly out number the bad days
