The good thingsDevelopment within the business for the associates is held with high priority both at local and global levels.
Management are well versed with day-to-day dealings across the business, meaning they understand what associates' needs are to enable them to achieve their priorities.
As the business is rather flat, it provides a high degree of exposure, as well as opportunities to learn new skills within areas that you wouldn't have in other businesses, this was a major highlight for myself as it truly diversifies your role, ensuring no two days are the same.
The challengesAt times, the workload can be challenging due to limited resources available within some functions, particularly when dealing with global calls in the evenings. However, associates who find themselves in this position simply need to speak up and ask for assistance, as the broader teams and business are always happy to support where and when needed.
