    AI summary of recent reviews
JCB CEA employees consistently highlight the positive aspects of working with friendly colleagues and enjoying a positive culture at the branch level. The company provides opportunities for career development in a diverse environment, and many appreciate the flexible work arrangements and autonomy in their roles.

However, some areas present opportunities for improvement, including the need for more consistent management communication and decision-making across departments. The fast-paced environment can create demanding workdays, and there is room for enhancement in interdepartmental communication to ensure smoother operations.

Not for the faint hearted or anyone that cannot work under extreme pressure, with no support.
The good thingsThe other staff and the laughs,
The challengesThe management and the poor culture they allow. Even when you approach HR for support, none provided Too many managers that expect you to report to them and unfair expectations when staff leave or go on leave, managers sit in their officers all day just gossiping, the front line departments are not valued.
