The good thingsOpportunity to help great clients with their workplace problems and learn about the principles of organisational psychology, research and data management.
The challengesExpected to work unsustainable hours, overnight and on weekends, to achieve unrealistic deadlines. Not a great place to start your career in organisational psychology, there are more supportive organisations out there.

    THE place for professional growth.
The good thingsIn my first year at Insight, I learned more about survey methodology and statistics than I had in eight years at uni. The learning did not stop there - over eight years, the lessons scaled up from fresh graduate to management level. If you want to stop being a student and start being a professional, this is the place to be.
The challengesThe learning opportunities will by definition reveal your developmental areas - you will need to be prepared to work on those.
