What’s it like working at IMVC?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at IMVC appreciate the supportive management that shows empathy towards staff needs, as well as the meaningful nature of their work in helping young people. They enjoy having friendly colleagues and value the opportunities for upskilling and growth provided by the organisation.

However, some potential challenges include working within a consortium, which can be difficult at times, and the reliance on government contracts leading to short-term contracts for some employees. The fast-paced environment can also result in frequently changing priorities, which some find challenging. Additionally, a few reviews raise concerns about certain management practices, such as micromanagement and lack of transparency.
