The challengesThe reason why iKad is constantly looking for Rubberliners is because the supervisor is impossible to work with on a long term basis. Extremely self centered and feels he could do no wrong. It is always someone's else fault. There is no self reflection thus nothing can ever improve. I believe the company can form a good stable crew only after he leaves the company.

Not all supervisors are on the same track sadly

The challengesThe company was good it was the Rubber lining/Sandblasting/painting supervisor that brings this company down. He put his employees in unsafe hazardous environments such as working in confined space without following CS regulations.. He doesn't act on safety concerns when they are reported to him. This is why employees dont stay there...fortnightly pay.
