    The good thingsReasonable to average pay. Plenty to do and never a dull moment
    The challengesSenior management is very toxic. Very little to no recognition of tasks and special jobs that are well done. Unrealistic expectations with very little resource to do all the work.

    The challengesThe training side is time consuming but benefit on completion is worth the effort. The maintenance department could be increased, a little on the short side.
