    Problematic.
    The good thingsAs with all companies, there are some good people here. The company has undergone massive growth over the last few years thanks to numerous acquisitions. There is a diversity of tech in place and opportunities to move around.
    The challengesDiversity of tech. Some of which is ancient. Lack of investment in modernising. There is a tendency to leave the tech alone once it is developed, leading to stale legacy software that becomes difficult to maintain. There are inefficient and interfering management structures in place.
