Stay clear of this company!!!!The good thingsSome supervisors are great and teach good experience
The challengesThis company has some of the lowest workplace standards I’ve experienced. There is almost no diversity, with one demographic dominating the entire workforce, and no real effort to create an inclusive or balanced environment. Hiring practices are questionable, with inexperienced or newly hired workers placed into high level roles they’re not equipped for, resulting in poor leadership and constant mistakes on site. Favouritism is a major problem here opportunities, promotions, and basic respect depend more on who management likes than on actual performance. Hard work gets ignored, while “boot lickers” and those who follow the inner circle move up undeservingly. Rates are among the lowest of any IRATA company, and their IRATA practices especially on civil sites fall well below industry standards. Corners get cut and safety feels secondary. Overall, it’s not a supportive, or genuinely professional workplace. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a respectable employer.
