The challengesThere is quite a bit of admin and diary management in his community role. And depending on your area, a fair bit of driving involved.

The good thingsIntroduction of the multidisciplinary teams, broke down the silos and clickiness between some of the disciplines, brought in experienced Allied Health Professionals who are team managers who actually know what they are doing! The company has done a lot of work in listening to their team and improving our workload and reducing some of the clunky admin tasks. Introduced weekly education. Involved members of the team across all of the business in realigning our workflow. Communication has been fantastic in relation to all of the changes and improvements the company is making which is going to make my job a lot easier! The company is also happy to take on our feedback to improve the way we do things! Really love all of the work they are doing on working on their culture and team. They value visible leadership! The CEO comes out on the road with us! So amazing to work for a company that listens and values their clinicians!
