Do not work at Funfields

The good thingsSome coworkers were nice

The challenges • Extremely poor work-life balance. Expect to be overworked and constantly placed in undesirable positions. • Management does not care about employees’ mental well-being. There is no real support system in place. • Feedback is not valued. Constructive criticism is ignored, and they don’t provide meaningful guidance for improvement. • They create a false sense of security by pretending to value you, but they can let you go without any warning. • Nepotism. So much nepotism.

Great job, really helped grow and learn new things.

The good thingsAt funfields there is a really caring and helpful staff that don't just care about money or the amount of customers coming through the entry, they care about the happiness and enjoyment of staff and customers alike they help you enjoy the work and become better and improve so everyone equally has good shifts and a happy time being there!

The challengesSometimes shifts can be difficult being out in the hot sun all day with the added stress of doing your job well and right and achieving customer satisfaction.
