    The good thingsI enjoyed the job, my job was encouraged to genuinely help people and I was given all the tools I need. I also enjoyed the paperless office - no unnecessary paperwork and filing. Very efficient and up to date with the times. Great products to work with.
    The challengesClicky team mates, location not very close to a train station, hopefully they allow WFH nowadays.

    The good thingsSome of the perks were good, tickets to the NRL, work lunches etc. Office location is pretty central to most public transport

    Amazing culture, welcoming team, work-life balance, supportive, family culture business!
    The good thingsAfter finishing University, it was daunting to move into a role that I had limited experience in. The team at Firstmac have been extremely welcoming and helpful through mentoring me in this role. The WFH option has allowed an amazing work-life balance as well as the encouragement of participating in social events. The culture at Firstmac is truly a family environment - I have felt very comfortable and welcomed as I only began the role in June.
    The challengesInitially nervous to start a new role with limited experience. They have been very accommodating and supportive throughout training me and welcoming me to the workplace.
