Finncare is the only Aged Care Provider in Australia catering to the Finnish community in addition to the wider Australian community. The facility is located east of Brisbane at Thornlands, in sunny South East Queensland. The site consists of the Finlandia Village retirement community, comprising of 23 independent villas, as well as the Residential Aged Care and Home Support Services.Our Residential Aged Care facility has 61 places, 59 permanent aged care and 2 respite care beds. Of the total 61 places allocated, 15 are dedicated to the care of residents with memory support needs. Our Home Support Services care for approx. 250 individuals across the greater Brisbane area.

Management is very poor but most clients are very nice

The challengesMost of the clients are south side. Promised to start work near I live but travel 45+ mins a day for work. Poor support when issues occur. Don't get replies to emails. Mainly domestic assitance shifts.
