Not a stable environment for a long-term career
The good thingsThe high volume of work is excellent for developing strong multitasking and workload management skills. Some genuine, hard-working people on the ground who do their absolute best to support each other day-to-day through that high pressure.
The challengesIn my experience, the company is heavily driven by its private equity ownership, which has changed the workplace culture for the worse. There is a massive gap between what management says and what they actually do. They explicitly told staff their jobs were safe but then made sudden redundancies—including letting go of long-term, highly experienced people.
I found the company dynamic was not supportive. It felt like everyone was just trying to look out for themselves and survive the high-pressure environment. Between the lack of support, poor communication from senior management and not being able to trust what you're told about job security, I don't think this is a stable or reliable place for a long-term career.
