I saw high levels of turn over, with 6 managers pushed out within 6 months of starting.
The good thingsA lot of good people with good intentions, they honestly care.
The challengesThe company lacks a coherent strategy or long term plan. They need to think long term, and back their management team to lead.

    Consistency is missing
The good thingsWhen I first started in my role the team was very flexible and accomodating. It was easy to fit in as all teams were very friendly, and many fun staff activities are held throughout the year.
The challengesHigh turnover, with multiple redundancies at head office. In the space of 12 months 4 different managers came and went and thats just one department. Half of my team was made redundant, with other departments also highly impacted. This has led to people feeling as though they need to look over their shoulders in case they're next. The high change in staff also means that strategies are constantly changing, so much of the work being completed ends up scraped and your time feels wasted.

The good thingsGreat staff. Learning experiences everyday. Innovation. Creativity.
The challengesI love to work here. I don't think there are any challenges because every problem can be resolved and it always has solutions especially with such extraordinary CLT
