What’s it like working at endota?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees value the supportive and friendly team culture at endota, where colleagues genuinely care for one another. The training and development opportunities are excellent, with generous support for skill-building. Staff appreciate endota's brand values and holistic wellness approach, along with approachable management that encourages career growth. The work is rewarding, with valued employee benefits including product discounts and achievable KPIs.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the fast-paced environment during busy periods requiring strong time management, and the physically demanding nature of performing multiple treatments. The business evolves quickly with frequent updates, which can feel overwhelming at times. Finding the balance between client care and business goals takes time to navigate, and communication during peak times could be enhanced to support smoother teamwork.

endota has great professional development and team culture. Everyone is always helping each other.
The good thingsendota has been a great part of my learning and development. I started back in 2017 as a beauty therapist and with the help of colleagues and leadership I was able to step up through time. I was assisted with professional development and helped build my confidence in skin knowledge and product knowledge. I love the brand and the values it stands for. The support from our BDM and the wider endota team has always been fantastic, everyone is always trying to help one another and genuinely love seeing their colleagues grow in the work environment.
The challengesbeing part of the wellness industry we develop and grow quickly, which is great and exciting but when you've returned back from leave it can sometimes feel like a lot has changed. In saying that you will always have help from other spa managers and BDM and support centre that you can reach out to. There is always the challenge for seasoned therapists to follow the endota process, it can take a minute to let everything click, but once you understand the process and the intention behind every movement and procedure it gets easier/
