Would never recommend Edge to anyone - respect yourself and go elsewhere
The good thingsMy director and assistant director were kind and caring
The challengesUpper management is a problem full stop in Adelaide. No money put into the centres. Unfair treatment by area managers. Serious incidents constantly happening and nothing gets done. Centres getting shut down constantly due to a wide range of reasons. People being stood down and investigated every two seconds for literally nothing. Agency runs the centres instead, therefore causing all these incidents. It’s a shame because the centre was full of beautiful educators and good centre based management but that’s as far as it goes.

The good thingsAs always, each center has it's challenges, however, the previous area management as well as practice and program leaders were supportive and encouraged high standard of practice.
