The good thingsWorking at a store was great work life balance, able to leave work at work. Other store worker relationships are great.
The challengesUpper management and head office start have little to no care about store staff. Career progression is locked, after 7 years of employment no real career development was offered and applications for other roles rejected. HR has no care about reports made harasment and bulying and bull and after several requests for a closing statement nothing was provided.
