What’s it like working at Dreamworld?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Dreamworld appreciate their friendly and supportive colleagues, who create a family-like atmosphere. The pay and benefits are competitive, including free park entry and discounts. Many enjoy the unique work environment, working with animals and families in a fun setting, along with valuable training opportunities such as lifeguarding and first aid certifications.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management inconsistencies and communication issues. Rostering can be difficult, with shift cancellations at short notice and limited hours for casual staff. Some employees have noted concerns about workplace culture, including perceptions of favouritism, and the physical demands of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Very toxic and hostile work environment with terrible management.
The good thingsThe workers on the floor and seeing animals everyday
The challengesManagement, supervisors and leading hands create a toxic environment with favouritism and no diversity. Can’t be outspoken about issues regarding these things or safety. Management makes up rules to suit them and then breaks them when it’s inconvenient.
