Dineamic began with a chef, a sports dietitian and a footballer. All experts in their chosen field and people who know food and diet. They shared the belief that great tasting, nutritious food can power great performance, on and off the field.
Ten years on, we still believe the same thing. We’ve just made our product available to everyone and anyone who wants good, good for you food. Sure, we still feed athletes. And now we feed lots of other people too. Busy people, who love food. They just don’t have time to cook healthy meals every day and want to maintain their health without sacrificing their tastebuds or shopping and chopping and cooking every day.

Dineamic WAS a fantastic place to work with wonderful people, but when management changed last year it’s become more and more toxic and all the decent employees who cared about the company are leaving
The good things- Some of the colleagues I have are great people, and really care and help each other out

The challenges- management is hierarchical and just want power; employees are forced into roles or decisions they don’t want and are micromanaged
- salaries are low
- the Keysborough site is in the middle of nowhere and not a nice place to be
- not much career progression available and promised reviews never eventuate
