What’s it like working at DECJUBA?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the generous 50% staff discount and clothing allowance at DECJUBA, along with the supportive in-store teams and opportunities to build friendships. Head office staff value the positive culture, regular events, and modern office environment. The company's commitment to sustainability and the DECJUBA Foundation resonates with many employees, and some note opportunities for career development and personal growth.

However, there are some potential challenges, including concerns about management at higher levels being inexperienced and unsupportive, with communication sometimes lacking. Many employees mention a demanding workload with frequent visual merchandising changes and pressure to meet targets. Work-life balance can be challenging with early starts and limited flexibility, whilst casual staff report inconsistent shift allocation. Some employees also note that training can be minimal and internal progression opportunities may be limited.

A company that talks the talks but cannot walk the walk.
The good things- 50% off clothes (Made it regular priced fast fashion) - Allowance for full time or part time members - Bonus/Commision when I started however they have made it almost impossible to recieve now.
The challenges- Management sucks and cannot have less care about their store employees (unless theyre blaming us for anything) - There is no care or empathy from above - Constantly treated horribly - Always kept in the dark - The only people that matter is those in HO - They talk about all these amazing values but act the complete opposite. They are NOT honest, they show no integrity, or empowerment.
