Started well and time to get out of there
The good thingsSome good perks, paid parental leave (12 weeks), some discounts, some cookies and biscuits, moving to cutting-edge technology such as GitHub co-pilot, cloud services AWS, work hours flexibility
The challengesSome amateurs running the teams/squads with (senior) in their titles, lack of technical understanding of the SDLC, not investing in good resources with the right experience and skillset to meet the expectations instead pushing too much on the existing ones and expecting them to do things that's not part of their role/experience/area of expertise, terrible performance evaluation system. Unfaithful to good resources and letting them leave while expecting the average resources to get the jobs done, too much micro-management, the structure is very poor, Practices and domains, domain and product people don't care about the practices but only clients and time to market...etc

The challengesIf you want work-life balance do not work here some people work nine days straight. The management does not care about the people on the phones. career growth is not big here as well. Do not apply here if you want a work-life balance and career growth because you will not get one.
