The challengesMy experience was extremely disheartening. What stood out most was the lack of integrity from upper management. The company constantly talked about "growth" and "development," but in reality, those who truly earned opportunities were consistently overlooked.
Upper management fostered a toxic culture. Lower-level employees were treated like they were disposable, expected to work through stress, poor treatment, and shifting expectations with no support. Meanwhile, those higher up were never held to the same standard.
There’s no real care for employee wellbeing or fairness, and the values the company claims to uphold are just for show. Morale is low, turnover is very high, and it's hard to see the company going anywhere positive.
