The company fosters a positive, family-like culture that nurtures employee success.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as high workloads during busy periods, particularly when dealing with catastrophic weather events, the need to manage tight project deadlines in the fast-paced insurance industry, and the requirement to work long hours during peak times. Join a team that is big enough to allow you to grow your aspirations and small enough be personal and make a difference in your role
The good thingsOne of the most commendable aspects of Construct Services is its emphasis on collaboration and teamwork. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues, who were always willing to lend a helping hand and share their expertise. This collaborative environment not only facilitated my learning and growth but also contributed to the overall success of our projects.
The challengesOne of the main challenges I've encountered at Construct Services is managing tight project deadlines. In the fast-paced insurance industry, timelines can often be aggressive, requiring careful coordination and efficient execution. Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously can be demanding.

It was good and bad. Good system and training but too much drama and gossip.
The good thingsI loved working there, one of the best systems I have ever came across in my professional career. Good quality training recieved from current employees however like every other companies you might miss abit here and there. Most manager's understood peoples personal circumstances and are very understanding. I enjoyed working here.
The challengesThe pay doesnt commensurate with the work load but I managed somehow to always be on top of everything even though I apparently talk alot. I think it's due to people gossiping. I was happy with managers however there was on non tech savvy manager whom was not meant to be a manager and took sides.

    Extremely micro-managed
The good thingsSome great colleagues, weekly roster changes with the possibility to finish quite early.
The challengesExtreme micro-management. Every single detail of your work is checked and scrutinized by the managers. You will not be recognised or thanked for extra work, and will receive only negative feedback should you make a minor mistake.
