    The good thingsApproached by HR via linkedin. The job description was false to what the role of the job requirements were. I had been in the role less than 2 weeks when I was moved to another team and then a further 3 months before moving to a completly new department. Three line managers in less than 5 months.

    Great company to work in as one of the BIG 4 BANKS but depends what role and team your in!
    The good thingsEnjoyed the flexibility we were offered in our initial team, WFH 4 days, 1 day office. Flexibility to cover hours, start and finish early, co workers were friendly and easy to fit into the team.
    The challengesMicro Management, No further opportunities to grow unless you change your role, work culture isn't there as much, not much incentives for the employees (Christmas gifts), managers are not too inclusive or active with team, very quiet work environment
