What’s it like working at Cluey Learning?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the supportive and collaborative culture at Cluey Learning, with friendly colleagues who create a fun, social atmosphere. The company offers excellent opportunities for career development and professional growth, along with flexibility to work from home and supportive management. Tutors also value the provided lesson materials that reduce preparation time.

However, there are some potential challenges, including the fast-paced environment with changing priorities that requires adaptability, ambitious sales targets that can be difficult to achieve, and pay rates that are lower than some competitors. Additionally, session cancellations and rescheduling can lead to inconsistent hours, and some tutors feel that support services could be enhanced.

    Great dynamic team culture
The good thingsMuch appreciated the supportive and team collaborative work environment here at Cluey. Team leaders and among my work colleagues have made my experience fun and support throughout. Love the flexibility and the fast paced environment pushing me to exceed my limit and improve each day.
The challengesNot for everyone who is interested in coasting along doing the bare minimum for a rapidly fast paced environment including changing priorities. Need to be prepared for ambitious sales target that is hard to achieve.

    Great experience so far
The good thingsIt's a really social culture, the team really enjoy being in one anothers company. If you really knuckle down you can make good money rewarding job and comission structure.
The challengesTargets can be at times ambitious, especially when aiming for higher brackets (higher comission) but there's a really strong sense of team and everyones pushes to smash out their best

Dynamic culture & Excellent Professional Development Opportunities
The good thingsProvides ample opportunties for career coaching and professional development. I'm grateful for an incredible culture that I'm both a part of and get to actively contribute to.
The challengesLike many companies in the ed-tech space, Cluey needs to constantly innovate to maintain its edge. This pressure is both rewarding and challenging.
