What’s it like working at Chubb Fire & Security?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees value their colleagues and team members, who are supportive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Staff appreciate the exposure to diverse products and cutting-edge technology, along with valuable training opportunities. The pay is reasonable, and work-life balance is fairly good in certain roles, with flexible arrangements available.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management practices that could be improved in areas such as communication and strategic direction. Career progression opportunities can be limited, and the workplace environment may feel corporate at times. Workload demands can be high with after-hours requirements, and company policies can be time-consuming. Organisational changes occur regularly, which can create some uncertainty.
